Breathwork is by far the most powerful modality available to human kind to release trauma, emotional blockages, and to fully reconnect mind and body. It also helps get focus and clarity and improves dramatically relationships in your life.
You can receive sessions online or in person, and decide to experience this modality as a one off or commit to a deep and long lasting transformation through a block of 5 or 10 sessions.
Elite Programme with coaching and breathwork (3months or 6 months)
This is for people who want to address all aspects of their health, physical, mental and emotional, exploring the power of breathwork, while getting continuous support and guidance through coaching to process everything that comes up and make the necessary implementation in their lives in a safe and sustainable way.
