Have you tried all possible diets to lose weight and feel good in your body and got back to square one each time? There is so much conflicting information these days about what to eat and what not to eat, and so many diets and weight loss programmes, all promising the most extraordinary results. The reasons why they DO NOT WORK are very simple:
We are all unique individuals with specific needs and relationship with food so the one diet fits all approach does not make any sense.
Diets are not sustainable, the only way to maintain a healthy body weight is to find eating habits that are fully aligned with your own personal physical needs, your personnality, your taste, your metabolism, and that will not starve you at any time.
My approach to helping my Clients lose weight is based on teaching them all the foods that are not nourishing and are detrimental to health, and all the healthy substitutes naturally available and easily accessible, and how to cook them and combine them for optimum energy, vitality, immune system, focus, brain clarity, and of course overall body weight.
But as feeling great in your body is not just based on the food you eat and on your weight, I also help my Clients to rebalance all areas of their life and in particular what IIN refers to as Primary Foods, which are relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality.
Being a qualified fitness instructor I can give specific recommendations and assist my Clients identifying the physical activity most suited for them. The standard Gym really is not for everyone, and by trying to force yourself into something you do not enjoy, it is not possible to maintain it long term, then guilt starts to build up and it is back to square one.
I fully tune into each Client’s personality and story so that I can guide and support them reach their goals in the most effective way.
I also assist them with stress management, sleep management and emotional wellbeing, as those are hugely contributing to overall vitality, energy and happiness.
My approach
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

I’ve always been interested in health, fitness & eating good food.
I had an overall understanding of how to be healthy & eat good food but felt there was so much more for me to learn around a healthy diet.
